STATEMENT:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL-No cancellations, returns, exchange, credits, or
refunds.
Every
lot is sold “ as is” with all faults and defects and without recourse
against Seller for any reason whatsoever.
Whether
oral or written, shall be deemed a warranty or representation of fact,
correctness of description, physical condition,
size, quality, age, genuineness,
attribution of authorship or authenticity of any item or
items sold at the auction.
Prospective bidders
should inspect the property before bidding to
determine its condition,
size and whether or not it has been repaired, restored or damaged.
No
representations of any kind will be made by the seller, and purchaser
buys at his or her own risk.
Please note that there will be no buy
backs--you bid it you bought it.
A
PREMIUM
of 18% of the successful bid price shall be added thereto and is payable
by the purchaser as part of the purchase price.
25% cash
deposit is required at the time of purchase unless prior credit
arrangements have been established.
PURCHASER
will be required by law to
pay prevailing sales tax.
PURCHASES must be paid for in cash or
certified check only and removed at PURCHASER’S own expense and risk
within three days.
MASTERCARD AND VISA CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
